11. Duties to be performed by the registration center or registration center

(1) If a person comes to submit an application according to the Registration Act to pass the registration of any real estate within the urban area, the account of such real estate including any other real estate within the urban area. The value of such real estates is Rs. 50,000.- If it is found to be more than zonal tax officer, registration should not be passed by the registration center except the zonal tax officer.

(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), Rs. 50,000. Any real estate less than 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 is goes with the registration is passed in accordance with the prevailing law and if it is found to be false, then the registration will be passed and given in accordance with the prevailing law.
